How do I contact AT&T retiree benefits? ›

AT&T also stated that beginning for the benefit year of 2024 and beyond the Company will offer the company health care plan for those who are Medicare eligible through AT&T Medicare Advantage Plan and the premium for retirees will be zero cost and for a dependent $50.

Age 55 or older. You leave your position (voluntarily or involuntarily) at AT&T in or after the year you turn 55 years old. Money must remain in the plan. You fully understand that your funds must be kept in AT&T's plan before withdrawing them and you can only withdraw from AT&T's plan.

There is no break in coverage between your employment coverage and your retirement coverage. If you don't want your health benefits to continue into retirement, you can cancel your coverage through your employer before you retire.

You may begin collecting retirement benefits at the age of 62 but you will not receive the full benefit amount, it may be up to 30 percent lower. Waiting until your full retirement age means you will receive your full benefit amount. Retirement benefits do not expire but they end upon your death.

The YSA Benefit Program provides you with annual “YSA Credits” to get reimbursed for the premiums that you pay for individual Medicare plans (e.g., Medigap Plans, Part D (Prescription Drug) Plans, and Medicare Advantage Plans) purchased through the Post-Employment TPA Exchange.

AT&T Pension Survivor Benefits

Upon your death, your spouse is eligible for an AT&T pension survivor benefit. The AT&T pension survivor benefit works like this: If an employee passes away before retiring, a spouse automatically receives 50% of the monthly annuity or can choose the lump-sum equivalent.
