For some reason, clip studio suddenly lost track of a ton-- like over half-- of my clip files in the manage works page. the tiles are there but blank with no thumbnail or title, and when I try to select them it gives the same error message as when a file was moved or deleted. but the files have not been moved or deleted, they havent been touched or altered in any way. I can go into my computers file folders and open the clip files from there and paint opens them just fine, but for some reason Clip Studio itself just isn't in the loop. When I use the search bar in manage works for a specific file, if its one of the blank ones it still shows up in the search, implying that on some level clip knows which files are which, but it still won't access or read the file properly. Also, it is unable to sync any of the files that it DOES show, when i try it says failed to load data and to check the connectivity of my device, even though my wifi is working just fine, obviously.
Again, I'm still able to access the files, just not through Clip Studio. This is very weird and very concerning, and I'm afraid to close the program in case it hiccups and eats like literally all my files. HOW do I fix this, and why and how did it happen in the first place????

It looks like the work file is synchronized with some kind of cloud storage.
I don't know what the synchronization settings are, but it may be that the location is different from the link destination from the CLIP STUDIO app.
Automatic synchronization of data and work files may cause some problems, so please use it carefully.If possible, we recommend saving to internal storage that is not synchronized.

I’m sorry I don’t have a answer, but to let you know I’m having a similar problem, there is a error in my manage works , none of my art will save to manage works they can only save as photos or files directly to my iPad , as well as when I am drawing if I leave the app EVEN if I save whatever work I did for the past 30 min or hour on that drawing will be gone when I go back to the app the next day , I just bought it so only have 6 works but it needs to be fixed cause as I get more artworks it’s going to be very hard to sift thru that bar at the top when in canvas
